The Neighborhood Resource Center is an entity designed to provide localized "one-stop shopping" for seniors and people with disabilities needing information and referrals, by dialing a single phone number, they are able to access information about services in San Francisco.  The information and referral component tracks clients and follows up to insure that their needs have been met by participating organizations.  In addition the resource center staff members conduct intensive outreach in the communities to inform seniors and people with disabilities and their families of available services.
